River Roots Barrel Co "Buzz Kill" 6yr Single Barrel Bourbon finished in honey barrel

Nose - oh my, that’s a bourbon. Sweet vanilla with a kick. Taste - a lot of burn that lingers but alot of sweetness. Aftertaste almost tastes like a birthday cake. The burn doesn’t go away as I drink but neither does the sweetness. I could do some damage with this bottle.
