No bottling/batch code. Pours light amber, nose of youthful doughy grain, grass, freshly-sawn oak and earthy spice. Young grassy malt upfront, buttery caramel and then into tannic oaky finish. Medium-weight, somewhat oily. A little oaky for me yet also a bit immature, but not a bad effort overall for an ASM.

Light and balanced, no one note dominates. Spice apple cinnamon and vanilla. Not much of a nose. Reminds me of Buffalo Trace, with a bit longer finish. Either way a solid choice, though not my favorite in their spirits lineup.
Nose: Pottery clay Palate: Oak, light smoke, sea salt Finish: Cinnamon spice
Meh. Watery. Kind of timid. Unbalanced
