This is an outstanding bottle. Purchased from RSVP liquor in Portland, ME. Really like everything about it. Definite classic Turkey profile with caramel and oak. Drinks excellent at the 110 proof with a bit of honey on the taste which I definitely enjoy. It has a definite spicy finish and would not want that spice amped up any more than it is, but it doesn’t burn …. Peppery. Medium on finish. No significant criticisms at all. Well done.
