A semi-sweet, Junmai Ginjo Sake by SakeOne Brewery in Forest Grove, Oregon made using Japanese techniques with local rice milled to 60%, water & hand crafted koji. It has a delicate birth with hints of grain, spices, forest & tropical fruits; while a rich life adds hints of mochi, wild berries, cherry, melon, grapes & guava; that led to a balanced death of medium length.
