A semi-sweet, Nigori Junmai Ginjo Sake by SakeOne Brewery in Forest Grove, Oregon made using Japanese techniques with local rice milled to 60%, water & hand crafted koji. It has a delicate birth with hints of grain, tropical fruits, nuts & spices; while a rich & full life adds hints of rice, coconut, pineapple, banana & vanilla; that led to a creamy death of medium length.
