Salt Flats Spirits Bonneville Bourbon Whiskey

If i smelled this blind I would've guessed Macallan 12. On the palate, it bounces between a heavy corn whiskey young in age and the Macallan flavors. I like both, so this went over well for me. No real oak presence to pick out, lengthy sweet finish.

Herbal, peanuts, rubbing alcohol, plastic, hot. I've let this sit for 2 months after opening. It's getting a little better but still pretty bad.

Nose of oak, cardboard, burnt caramel. Palate has a little vanilla, corn, oak, caramel.

More scotch-like peat notes than I like in bourbon.
