From San Antonio, Texas-based Maverick Whiskey, this bourbon was made from a mash bill of 72% Texas-grown corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. After distillation, it was aged a minimum of 2 years in new charred white oak barrels. Bottled without chill filtration at 57% ABV, this was released in November 2021.
