Santa Teresa 1796 Arabica Coffee Cask Finish

Aroma of vanilla, molasses, and sweet rum. I don't get coffee taste. It's more of a cinnamon burn and, way off in the distance, I swear there's some funk. Works great in dark soda! I think it tastes best as a mixer. Rating based on neat sipping.

Unusual, a familiar rum entry followed by an awkward aftertaste of spent grounds, dry palate, perhaps suitable for mixing, ice alone didn’t make a difference.
