This is a young (2.6 year old), wheated bourbon, and it comes in at 100 proof. There's some spice on the tongue, but no real burn going down. There's a slight hint of smoke that gets brought out even more when introduced to ice. This is a good offering from this young company. I'm excited to see what they do in the future and how their bourbon ages with subsequent batches!
