It was much better than I expected initially. Average but nothing that stands out. I had it neat. Nose - Fruit, vanilla and oak Palate - Cinnamon, oak, vanilla, raw dough and corn. It has a creamy mouthfeel that I did not expect. Not much finish but a mildly sweet oak lingers for awhile. The longer the bottle opened up the stronger the raw dough note became. What started out as a 3 ⭐️ bourbon ended up being a 2 ⭐️ bourbon.

Christmas Gift from Jaz and Drew. 3 stars. Not too complex. Had neat. Will let it open up a bit, and will re-visit in a month or so. Drinkable. UPDATE August 3, 2017: Just got this out and had a dram. Update to 3.5 or maybe even 4 stars. Nice nose, good flavor profile. Oak, vanilla, cinnamon, some fruit, and maybe just a little black walnut. Very enjoyable. It opened up very nicely. Would recommend.

This bourbon shows promise -there are good flavors here, but the youth of the juice is hiding it in barrel tannins and their astringency. The sweet corn shows through, but i think they need to age it a little more or bottle it at 100 proof to really let it shine. I'm excited to see what they do next

(Sampled with 3 small ice chips) Nose is light; oak and Ethanol. Palate is oak and vanilla wafer Finish is fairly long and pleasant. The novelty of it being a GA-Only spirit is worth half a star, to be honest.

Nice, good flavor, smooth. Lite drinking with a little bit of heat in back of throat. Great price point with flavor.

Tried this at a bar in Georgia. Good solid taste At the price it’s a keeper if in the state
