Nose: Chocolate, malt, sugar Palate: oak, vanilla, classic wheat chatacteristaics, and a bright, pleasant woody note. You can taste the malt as well. Finishes with cinnamon sweetness. Overall: I love this whiskey. This is super unique. The wheat and malt forward notes balance the whiskey well. The profile is easy drinking and refreshing while also being complex.
Very very good over ice. I was shocked at some of the ratings and how low they were. Picked up In cicny at the party source. Recc by team member there. This is a great bourbon. Little spicy on the lips but smooth and and very drinkable
