An intense, Agave Spirit crafted by Premium de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. [NOM 1465] in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico; with Highland agaves & aged for 15 months in French & American oak barrels then filtered before bottling. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramel, orange blossoms & thyme; that led to a complex death of medium length with notes of ash & metal.
