A complex, Agave Spirit crafted by Premium de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. [NOM 1465] in Jalisco (Los Altos), Mexico; aged for 30 months in French & American oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruit, nuts, spices, tropical flowers & wood; while a rich life adds notes of candied agave, honey & roasted walnuts; that leads to a complex & woody death of medium length with notes of wood tongue depressor. January / December 2023
