I’ll be honest, it was a good flavor and smooth finish for a good price. I thought it was decent but it grows on you. Nose: wood, smoke and caramel Palate: acetone, butterscotch, and wood Finish: short finish but pleasant For the money, I would choose WT101 but this is much higher proof and full of flavor. I’ll keep buying it!
This is my second bottle. After tasting their Tennessee Whiskey again, I now get the flavor profile of this bourbon and their Tennessee whiskey. Definitely a sweet note, some bite from the proof, and some smoke from the barrel. It is tasty bourbon and I really enjoy it.
When I have this it bubbles between 3.75 and 3.5. Overall, it is good bourbon: a little hot, a lot of flavor, a short finish, but pretty good.
