Siempre Tequila is distilled from 100% blue weber agave grown in the Los Altos (Highland) and Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are harvested around 8 years after planting and slow-cooked in stone and brick ovens for around 3 days. This añejo is double distilled before being aged for 12 months in ex-bourbon barrels.

Certainly worth a try… Nose: reminds me of a warm buttery waffle, topped wirh honey/syrup, and of course there is a classic agave profile. Body: the warm doughy profile continues and eventually replaced with a sweet, cinnamon bite. Finish: its a traditional sweet, agave finish. it doesnt stay too long.
A crisp, Agave Spirit by Nom1438. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, nuts, spices & earth; while a full & complex life adds notes of cooked agave, coconut, hazelnut, pepper & nutmeg; that led to a rich & slightly creamy finish with notes of cake batter, oak, vanilla, butterscotch & caramel.
Notes of chocolate, toffee, salted caramel, black peppercorn, honey and vanilla. On the nose, vanilla and caramel are enlivened by a hint of spice and underpinned by cooked agave. On the palate there is a smooth harmony not unlike what shows in some very mature cognac.

A delicious añejo tequila, beautifully smooth and flavourful, slightly sweet. Best at room temperature and sipped from a snifter.
Candy cane on the nose with a dark caramel finish on the palette. Very unique!
