On the nose I get cinnamon, caramel, vanilla, sugar, and jasmine. A good balanced whiskey between the floral notes, sweetness and alcohol burn. A good bit of the sweetness comes from a coat of caramel, vanilla and sugar. The sweetness blends well with a floral notes and then finishes with a bit of the alcohol burn with the return of some slight sweetness notes. I thoroughly enjoy this bourbon and tastes great in old fashions!
