Smell is a mix of alcohol, maple and vanilla. Taste you get the alcohol burn upfront which mellows to a caramel, vanilla, and maple flavors. Great combination of sweetness and the alcohol. Finishing with the floral notes, alcohol heat, and oak after taste. Full fledged palate and great locatl bourbon whiskey!
