I was happy with this! It drinks quite smooth and has a touch of sweetness. Hints of toffee, vanilla, and bread come through. I'm a fan. Does it stand apart from Tennessee or Kentucky bourbon? Absolutely. Singletree ages in storage units that endure Minnesota's dramatic temperature swings! And the one-of-a-kind flavor is something I find especially pleasing.

Smoother than expected. No harshness, with notes of caramel and nuts. Nicely balanced. Even better when shared with company.

The grain and yeast flavors overwhelm in a negative way. As a native of Minnesota I was hoping for something better.
