Smoke Wagon Straight Bourbon (2021 Christmas Edition)

Peppery nose. Lot of ethanol, heat and pepper on palate if neat. Need a little water or drink over ice to soften it up then it gives off some good vanilla, caramel and cinnamon notes.

Quite harsh, not pleasant to sip. Made a fine old-fashioned, but too thin in depth of flavor to have neat.

Longer, sweet finish. Really like this
