Smooth Ambler Old Scout 6 Year Old Single Barrel 2022 Flaviar Member Select

The nose is wheaty with hints of caramel & floral notes. The palette is warm, oily, and spicy, without any of the sweetness expected based on the nose. The finish is surprisingly smooth given the higher ABV, with some lingering spiciness fading into nice subtle vanilla notes.
