The nose is overwhelmed with vanilla and baking spices notes. It is really sweet, and also some oak smell is present. On the palate is very smooth, mineral notes are there, but are overtaken by the long aging in oak barrels. Really easy to drink. It is a very interesting expression, different from other tequilas I had before. Really good product

An outstanding example of a truly rich anejo. The extra anejo timing results in a fullbodied mouthfeel, with punches of cinnamon and honey subdued by vanilla and oak that develops into a clove, allspice rich finish. A true sipping tequila best enjoyed over large cubes. A drop if lime may lighten the tequila for those that avoid dark drinks.
