About this bottle
This whiskey is distilled from wheat and corn grown near the distillery in Lakewood, New York. It is initially matured in barrels made from new, charred oak from nearby trees. It is then finished in barrels that were aged with maple syrup, a throwback to early American distilling practices. It is bottled at 84 proof.
