Their Straight Wheat Whiskey is distilled from 100% organic red-winter-wheat grown in California's Sacramento Valley. Nose: Butterscotch and tobacco with earthy hints. Palate: Graham cracker and caramelized sugar with delicate notes of sweet tea, roasted walnut, and stone fruit. Finish: Warm spice. Hints of cocoa nib and vanilla.
One of those North Bay Whiskeys that tastes like a fresh bag of grass. They probably rushed the batch because the real estate is so expensive. Stay away.
