Spirits of French Lick Bottled in Bond Lee W. Sinclair 4 Grain Bourbon

Capsule review from 2023 New Orleans Bourbon Festival: An interesting combination of 60% Corn, 17% Wheat, 13% Oats, and 10% Caramel Malt, there's crisp apple in the nose which transitions into a sweet graham cracker on the palate with a short finish.

Nice nose with some cherry, vanilla and banana notes. Palate followed the nose. Moderately smooth finish and very little burn.
