Pretty easy sipper. Definitely some fruit and floral notes. Not a lot of bite for a 35% Rye mash. Short, malty finish. Not sorry I bought it. Might not buy it again. Update: tasted a bit better coming back to the bottle a couple weeks later.
The 35% rye springs quickly to the pallet but is subdued with the sweet and creamy flavor of the malt. Highly recommend this
Sweet and rich… honestly really interesting bottle. Glad to taste some non MGP Indy juice.
NOLA bourbon fest pick. A lot of floral and stone fruit notes. A very easy drinker.
Green and mossy. Warm with a good funky burn.
