Springbank 10 Year Amontillado Cask

Fantastic with notes of berries, cherries, cola, nuts, peaches, and salted caramel. Nose: Raspberries, Almonds, Salted Caramel, Cherry Cola, Strawberries, Peaches, Guava, Sultanas, Golden Raisins Palate/Finish: Raisins, Honey, Passion Fruit, Grapefruit, Raspberries, Luxardo Cherry Cola, Cinnamon, Walnuts, Nutmeg, White Peaches

Ill take this over standard springbank 10 but also wouldnt say i loved this cask finish. Created some off sour / bitter notes for my palette, bit of a sour milk thing going on
