Nose - Cinnamon apple. Thick and dark caramel. A little bit of tobacco and dustiness. Letting it open I cot a fruit blast with lots of cherry, pear, and apple. Palate - Cinnamon apple pie. Buttery crust. Lots of apple and sweet spice. The palate is incredible, hot like a typical stagg jr but very desserty. Lots of vanilla as well. Really an apple pie with a scoop vanilla ice cream. Finish - Lots of barrel spice, barrel char. and cinnamon. Still a linger of sweetness that follows down.

Cherry, caramel, cinnamon, apple. My husband threw this in a blind tasting for me and I had no idea he got it. I ended up putting it at number 1 over my absolute favorite old Forester 1920 which placed 2nd. This is so much easier to drink than I would have thought. It's delicious.
Smooth nose. Very spicy taste with a lot of heat, but very smooth. Fruity and vanilla finish after heat disappears. Little post drink burn.
2 drops of water Punch to the mouth with leather and tobacco very drying and long finish
cherry, cinnamon apple, brown sugar, rye spice on the mid palate- delicious.
