Stellum Lyra Single Barrel Bourbon Selected By Total Wine

Super tasty and super aromatic. A bit hot hitting the palate but a really nice cherry note that washes away that heat. Finishes soft and fruity - caramel apple sweetness.

This is a fantastic bottle. Nice viscous mouth feel, definitely one for a nice evening for sipping. I also like the standard Stellum, this is a notch above.
