About this bottle
Tanager Cigar Blend is a limited-edition bourbon from Still Austin made with 100% Texas-grown grains — red, white, and blue corn along with rye and malted barley. The blend employs petites eaux (“small waters”), a technique traditionally used in Cognac and Armagnac, in which water is gradually introduced during maturation rather than only at bottling. Six-year-old bourbons selected by Master Blender Nancy Fraley and Master Distiller John Schrepel were partially reduced with pure Texas water to 50 proof, then aged for an additional year before being recombined with the base whiskey for final proofing. Available at the distillery and select retailers beginning December 6, 2025. (SRP $150)
