Still Haven Kentucky Straight Bourbon

A balanced, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Master Distiller Danny Kahn for Barton 1792 Distillery in Kentucky crafted with American grown grains & limestone filtered spring water; aged in virgin charred American white oak barrels for 5 years that is bottled at 88 proof. It has a delicate birth with hints of grains, fruits, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of sweet corn, wheat, caramel & vanilla; that led to a quick & balanced death with notes of orange zest, apple, cherry, rye spice, honey & charred oak. Buttery creamy mouthfeel. Smooth on the front end with some spice at the back end. Light, almost too light. 

Vanilla and ethanol. Thin mouth feel and a bitter after taste on the backend.

Good bourbon for the price. Smooth and simple - easy drinking

Not too spicy, but would prefer it to be a bit sweeter.

Very very good for the price. Caramel and vanilla.
