Stranhanan's single barrel

Tasted at Stranahan’s in Denver. Really rough around the edges...young, barely 3 yr old. Needs more time in the barrel. But this was a distillery only, so was appreciative of the experience

Beautiful flavor profile. Toasty sweet. A little burn on the front end, but a touch of water calms it down nicely. Recommended neat.

Smooth. high in alcohol. brings out the flavor. Ends with a sweet finish.
