About this bottle

While waiting for their whisky to fully age, Strathearn Distillery has started to create its own gin. Their "Heather Rose Gin" is made seven botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, orange and lemon peel, licorice root, rose petals, and purple heather flowers. Several of the botanicals are vapor infused with the base spirit, while the more delicate botanicals are macerated with the gin following this distillation. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
