About this bottle
Strathearn Distillery Oaked Highland Gin is made with seven botanicals: juniper, coriander seeds, orange and lemon peel, licorice root, rose petals, and vanilla. Some of the botanicals are vapor infused with the base spirit, while some of the other, more delicate botanicals are macerated with the spirit after distillation. In addition, wood chips made from staves of American oak barrels are also added to the gin. This gin is bottled at 40% ABV.
