A rich, organic & kosher Agave Spirit by Suavecito Distilery [NOM 1424] in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico. It is crafted in stainless steel, then aged 8 months in ex-Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey barrels before being carbon filtered & bottled at 35% ABV with 2% Agave nectar added. It has an aromatic nose of cooked agave, earth, wood, flowers, herbs & spices; while a full & rich life adds hints of honeyed agave nectar, butterscotch & pepper; that led to a sugar water death of medium length with notes of charcoal.
