Fresh and light smell (no heavy barrel smell). Smooth, sweet on the tongue, goes down nice. Straight up, no need for water or ice. Batch 12, bottle 312 on jan 22 2020. 90 proof
Nose: vanilla, caramel Taste: hot, young, ethanol. Sweet corn.
Not much on the nose. Light. Not too sweet. Maybe floral?
Light on the nose and tastebuds. On the sweeter side.
