Nose: honey, oak, vanilla, ethanol. Palate: creamy vanilla, Marcona almond, oak, caramel, baking spices. Finish: medium long, vanilla, spicy cinnamon and more almond/peanut. Excellent dessert whisky and hard to tell it’s over 120 proof aside from the strong flavors.
