West Islip Store Pick - Barrel # 415, Barreled: 6/16/16, Bottled: 9/1/20 - American Dream! Very distinctive flavor profile that’s a bit sharper than your typical bourbon. Would love to see what another few years would do to this. Mouthfeel is good, about halfway between full bodied and thin. The finish lingers for quite awhile. There is a bit of bitterness on the back of the tongue that develops in the finish.

I’m tasting a barrel pick that’s 120 proof. It’s good classic bourbon. Lots of caramel, vanilla, wood, and brown sugar. Rich and deep. Long finish.
Surprisingly easy on the nose; then with rounded buttercup and cream initially and almost a rye spiciness on the midpalate
Very sweet and fresh nose. Creamy and sweet candied start. Notes of butterscotch candies. Slight pepper burn finish.
Nose: char, apple Palate: smoke, toffee Finish: spicy, orange zest Smooth and flavorful
r/bourbon pick. Apple pie on the nose. Butterscotch and desserts on the palete.
