Tarnished Truth Discretion

On the nose it's malty and musty with a big ethanol punch. After letting it sit a bit I got a hint of brown sugar when the ethanol flashed off, but still musty. Reminds me of corn liquor moonshine. On the palate it's pretty smooth, it's sweet, and has a building burn. I get a little brown sugar flavor, but it quickly fades. The finish is odd. The flavor dissipates quickly, but the burn remains for a while. Overall first impression, it's way too young. Could use a few more years in the barrel.

Very burn-y, tastes fruity, toffee and woody. Probably could age more.

A really nice wheated bourbon
