02/18/2023 Tattersall (River Falls, WI) has a beautiful place! Second drink of the day. I had this pour with one ice cube. Oaky nose. Very Oaky and harsher flavor.

Tattersall Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon is one of the first two bonded bourbons from the Minneapolis based distiller. This wheated bourbon is made using local grains and aged in Minnesota white oak barrels for between 4 to 5 years. Available in limited quantities throughout Minnesota as of November 2020.

Really nice linger, very woody. But kind of a chaotic mouthfeel and pallette, almost a little bitter/tangy. A tad bit of smoke.
