It’s more herbally, not as floral or as sweet tasting as other violette liqueurs. It’s almost it’s own thing, but it still makes a great Aviation.

About this bottle
Tempus Fugit Liqueur de Violettes is made by Swiss distiller Oliver Matter using a mid-19th century recipe. Made with French violets, it is bottled at 22% ABV. Note: the floral liqueur has a pink rather than a purple hue.

Not as great as other Violet Liqueurs but I can appreciate that they went with natural coloring
