Ten Day Bourban - Surgeon's Cut

Cherry, caramel, kentucky hug, pepper - I’m new in the space of reviewing bourbans, this seems like something for a much more sophisticated pallet than mine. Great flavor, strong cherry and carmel up front, finishes hot, big kentucky hug.
