About this bottle
This is an additive free tequila made from 100% estate grown blue Weber agave. It is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented in cement tanks without fibers using proprietary yeast, and distilled 2 times in a stainless steel still with copper coil. This expression is rested in ex-bourbon barrels for 11 months.
