Neat. Nose is light sweet with roasted agave, white grapes, orange blossoms, slight oak, vanilla. Taste is agave, orange blossom honey, vanilla, touch of black pepper, oak. The finish is fairly short with tart sweetness, vanilla, and faint oak tannin Very smooth and easy to drink. Not the most complex, but it is tasty in a unique way as it is aged a few weeks in white wine barrels. Great drink for the $$

An elegant, Agave Spirit by NOM 1137. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cooked agave, green bell pepper & lime; that led to a slightly creamy & spicy death of medium length with notes of black pepper, sea spray & metal. Butterscotch nose, sweet taste but strong hints of alcohol. Finish is dry with hints of white wine (its finished in wine barrels).
Very easy drinking. Sweet to the nose. Pepper I'm the middle with a smooth vanilla back end that almost has hints of cream
The resting in wine barrels makes a smooth Tequila. I can taste notes of Chardonnay at the end which I enjoy.
It's alright. A touch sweet, could see it working well for mixing or shooting but not a fan of sipping
