Casa San Matias tequilas are made from 100% estate-grown Highland agaves in a distillery located near Tepatitlan, Los Altos de Jalisco. The piñas are oven-baked, Champagne yeast is used in the fermentation process, and the mash is double distilled.

A delicate, Agave Spirit by Nom 1103 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, herbs & flowers; while crisp life adds notes of citrus & green apple; that led to a fresh death of medium length with a hint of white pepper. December 2021
