Neat at room temp. Aroma is light with green apple, agave, oak, vanilla, touch of herbs and not much heat, Taste is true to nose. Moderately thin mouthfeel. Moderate agave sweetness balanced immediately by the oak tannins..and vanilla smooths it out. Some citrus/lime peel and nice spices from the barrel come out near the end..allspice/nutmeg and cinnamon. Combined with that vanilla, it's pleasant and not cloying The only heat is at the finish. More of a warming from hot cinnamon than alcohol, but not overwhelming in the least Sippable in a pinch. Good value for a 100% agave utility tequila when used with stronger flavors

A rich, agave liqueur, double distilled by Tequila San Matiás de Jalisco Distillery Nom 1103 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has a rich birth with notes of cooked pitted fruits & oak; while a complex life adding cooked agave, vegetal, herbs & spice notes; that led to a smooth & rich death adding hints of rye, mint, pepper, sweet vanilla, earth & smoke. February / May / June 2019
Very pale color. Nose of pepper, vanilla, agave, caramel and oak. Peppery and a little harsh on the palate with hints of hay, agave and vanilla. Not great, but pretty solid for a $28 1.75 liter.
This is a mixing tequila only. It has a lot of flavor and goes great in your fav mix drink the calls for tequila.
This was the first reposado I’ve tried. I had it on the rocks, and enjoyed evey sip. Highly recommend it!
Inoffensive, but a little harsher than millagro respado. Similar flavor profile.
