Amazing stuff. Very earthy and loaded with flavors like cooked agave, citrus, pepper, baking spice, minerals, caramel, mint, and some vanilla. Felipe Camarena reminds me of film producer Pedro Almodovar with his ways of combining tradition with innovation.
