€35 for a 12 year old single malt? Figured I'd roll the dice on it. First impressions were that it's very peaty, more like a scotch. But it's not peat, more like pineapple. Half-sweet and refreshing, half-eroding your taste buds. It tastes alright, but the aftertaste is wicked. Even after a small glass, you'll be tasting it for the rest of the night. I struggled through a third of the bottle over a few nights, poured the rest down the sink, bought a bottle of Green Spot instead. Avoid.
