Waiting for meeting in the afternoon... sipping a glass is nice đ đ„: Nice smell of chocolate, wood, oak, spice, orange, hint of vanilla... Medium body, so-so complexness, not much subtle, not long aftertaste, but overall is alright. Nice for easy drinking, but if thinking it's XO, might should expect a little more... For this price, I'd add a little and buy Tesseron 76 instead, which is a lot better!! Cheers for happy day!! đđ„đđ»
About this bottle
This is the "youngest" in the Tesseron collection of cognacs, but even still it is gets an XO designation as the eaux-de-vie are at least 10 years of age. Lot No. 90 was formerly known as XO Selection, but has undergone a name change to XO Ovation.

NOSE: Pineapple! Marzipan! Dark plums, blood orange, honey, cardamom, old furniture, polished leather, cherries, and milk chocolate. The more you look the more you find. Exquisite! PALATE: Sweet marzipan, floral notes, and viscous honey, gentle spice develops after 5 seconds, and then fades to a rich mint chocolate finish. Delicious! OVERALL: Gives aged scotch whisky a run for its money. Very complex yet harmonious. Find some!
If you can fine one try it. Rich, fruity, sweet, smooth, oily, spicy after. Easy to drink. Like it.
OMG! THIS IS SO FABULOUS! I REALLY COULD DRINK THIS ALL-DAY. This glass is the last I have . i
Very good. Has notes of pineapples, oranges, plums, vanilla, spices, and a little chocolate.
One of the best cognacs I've ever tasted. Perfect balance, rich fruitful bouquet.
