Very fruity on the nose, smells like a very fruity marshmallow or Turkish delight almost. Dark red apples, some pear. A very interesting earthy smoke flavour, not as deep as others, much lighter, almost refreshing, which feels weird, almost wrong, in a very delightfull way. There is also a bunch of flavours I cant put words on, seems to be a lot of wonderfull esters from the fermentation. Edit: the fruity esters reminds me of yoghourt.
