This is a very special bottling. Only available to Glenlivet Guardians! Nose: incredible with sweetness of red apples, toffee, floral. Going deeper hints of fudge. Palate: unreal. Traditional Glenlivet orange marmalade, very creamy, chocolate, ginger. Finish: very long. Sweet. Unreal - bottles at cask strength. Under 300 bottles made ever. If you have a good lad that shares this with you - you're in great company.

About this bottle
The Glenlivet Single Cask: Squadron 70 was produced in honor of Captain John Gordon Smith Grant, a descendant of the distillery's founder. He was a pilot in the Royal Air Force who was injured during World War One and received care at a Canadian field hospital in France. This limited edition whisky was aged for 8 years in American oak and made available only in Canada at select tasting events.
